HORRIBLE COMPANY TO BUY FROM

I ordered a Christmas present first week of December and here we are Memorial weekend and still nothing. I've emailed and called numerous of times for a refund and can't get a hold of anyone.

If I could give negative stars I would. They do not allow you to call and speak to anyone. They just give you their address and website. The instructions to place an order were to send an email with specific information. I followed the instructions and never heard from them. AT ALL. I sent an additional email requesting info as I was trying to make a purchase. All I got was radio silence. Will never attempt to order from them again.

Don’t waste your time or money with…

Don’t waste your time or money with this company. After placing an order over two months ago that was never shipped, they will not answer the phone or respond to emails. I had to file a complaint with my credit card.

Order not received in close to 4 months

I placed an order for an end table on November 2, 2020 and still have not received it or an email with tracking. 2/25/21. I have emailed them numerous times and found a phone number online today.

I am very afraid I have fallen into the…

I am very afraid I have fallen into the trap as everyone else, it has been 13 days since my order, that was supposed to be 5- 8. I can only pray i still receive my order, but after reading all these reviews, I doubt it, out the money, but really worried about the card used, it was my husband's, and I talked him into using it to get himself a small table for his chair to watch TV,,now I may have to face all that too! I suggest no one buy from this company!!!

SCAMMERS...

SCAMMERS...DO NOT ORDER WITH THESE ASS CLOWNS. CHARGED MY CARD AND GOT SAME EMAIL AS OTHERS. HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK AND WILL NOT ANSWER INQUIRIES!!!!

Has been over two months since I placed an order. No response to emails, no order follow-up. Seriously so bad it feels like a scam.

I ordered a lamp that came in damaged…

I ordered a lamp that came in damaged now they want me to send it back so they can refund the amount.
what kinda rubish is this your product came in damaged it is not my fault now I have to pay to get it back to you.
Be careful ordering online from these people

Zero stars

Zero stars! Credit card charged immediately for my order. Cancelled order b/c it was taking waaaay too long......never received my money back. They will not respond to my emails. Reporting to BBB and credit card company! Horrible company! Stay away from them!

Ordered a table on October 13 from Wyckes Furniture

Ordered a table on October 13 from Wyckes (aka Furniture Outlet). After 10 days they said they were closed for a period and short of staff. They said it would be another 2-3 weeks before the table shipped. I checked with reviews online. They do this often. Many people say they never got their item or money back.
I wrote them and told them to refund the money within 2 business days or I would file a chargeback with credit card company and also contact the CALIFORNIA STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE since I believe they were engaging in fraudulent business practices.
I immediately got a receipt for a refund. This was one week ago. I checked with the credit card company and they said they had not received any credit from the merchant. I immediately placed a chargeback dispute.
Deal harshly with these people. Report the purchase to your credit card company if you feel they have misled or defrauded you. Contact the California State Attorney Generals office and ask them to take action against this merchant. DON’T LET THEM TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

ALERT, ZERO STARS, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FOR THIS WEBSITE "WYCKES.COM", I BOUGHT A DESK AT 23 OF SEPTEMBER AND NEVER RECEIVED IT, I LOST $249.00 DLLS. I SENT A LOT OF MESSENGES ASKING FOR MY REFUND. MY ORDER WAS 123305
